Common Pests in Cobblestone Farms

Maricopa's desert climate and proximity to undeveloped land creates year-round pest pressure for Cobblestone Farms residents. Bark scorpions are the primary concern — they're venomous and common throughout Pinal and Maricopa counties. Regular professional treatment is the most reliable way to keep your home protected.

Local Pest Facts

• Cobblestone Farms' green belts and park areas create corridors that rodents and scorpions use to move between the desert and residential properties.
• Mature trees in the community provide roof rat harborage — rats use overhanging branches to access rooftops and attics, then enter homes through gaps in the roofline.
• Bark scorpion stings are most common in Cobblestone Farms during summer months when scorpions are most active and residents spend more time outdoors barefoot.
