Common Pests in Trilogy at Power Ranch

Gilbert's desert climate and proximity to undeveloped land creates year-round pest pressure for Trilogy at Power Ranch residents. Bark scorpions are the primary concern — they're venomous and common throughout Pinal and Maricopa counties. Regular professional treatment is the most reliable way to keep your home protected.

Local Pest Facts

• Trilogy at Power Ranch sits at the southern edge of Gilbert, directly adjacent to undeveloped desert terrain — bark scorpions migrate freely from the desert into the community, especially during monsoon season.
• The community's desert-style landscaping with native plants and rock ground cover provides ideal harborage for bark scorpions and black widows, which hide under rocks and in plant debris.
• Trilogy's location near the San Tan Valley border means pest pressure is consistent year-round, not just during peak summer months — winter scorpion activity is also reported by residents.
