Common Pests in Layton Lakes

Chandler's desert climate and proximity to undeveloped land creates year-round pest pressure for Layton Lakes residents. Bark scorpions are the primary concern — they're venomous and common throughout Pinal and Maricopa counties. Regular professional treatment is the most reliable way to keep your home protected.
